Freeze Drying is redouble of water from a specimen after it has been Frozen permitting maintenance of the specimen. Heat labile Materials including proteins, Anti-biotic, Vitamin Preparations, Blood Plasma Hormones Tissue Micro-Organisms etc.
Freeze Dryer (Lyophilizer Laboratory modal is housed in a super structure Stainless Steel frame with removable side pads mounted on swivel caster. Complete with copper coil. Perspex sees through lid, gasket and control instruments i.e. Digital solid state LED Display for measurement of Demp. And Electronic vacuum indicator.
Temperature range-40oC at ambient temp. of 20oC.
Condenser Trap: - All non-magnetic stainless steel fabrication coil organ welded, dished bottom complete effluent removal. Refrigeration coils made of copper bonded to outside condenser heavily insulated temp. vacuum drum has 12 part manifold (Main drying Chamber) made of stainless steel non-magnetic grade with Perspex top cover. Capacity: 5 Kg.
